I'm Chris Bertrand. I help small and medium businesses, growing associations, and product teams make their operations easier to run, easier to explain, and easier to improve. I started on my own in 2025 after fifteen years inside larger organizations, and these days I'm hands-on with everything from bookkeeping and technical documentation to building internal tools in Python and SQL.

Turn the way-it-actually-works into clear, documented, lightweight processes your team can follow without a manual on the desk. Refresh what's stuck without ripping out what's working.
Translate strategy into a roadmap, run the rollout, and build the small tools and systems that make the work actually stick. Python, SQL, and modern tooling when it helps. Pen and paper when it doesn't.
